Louisa is a Twice Certified Life Coach with training in a number of modalities. She has also trained in Neurodiverse-friendly Mindfulness Practices and has used her coaching techniques to successfully manage her own ADHD and help numerous clients do the same. She is a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation) which is the Gold Standard for Coaching Qualifications and is working towards ACC Accreditation which she hopes to achieve very soon.

I am not a health professional and would advise that you contact your Health Provider to discuss your ADHD. I cannot advise on medication.
That being said, the techniques and methods used in Holistic Coaching can be very successfully used alongside ADHD medication and are also effective if you are not on medication. I personally am not medicated and all the techniques I teach have been very effective in transforming my own life and approach to managing my ADHD.
