Is this course only for people who have been diagnosed with ADHD?

No, the mindset shifts, tools and techniques I teach in this course are suitable for people who are self-diagnosed with ADHD or struggling with any of the issues outlined on this page. The tools and techniques could be very beneficial to those who are perhaps stuck on a waiting list to be assessed for ADHD or who are struggling to be seen by their health care provider due to blanket policies on ADHD assessment in some areas.

What will this course teach me?

It will teach you the mindset shifts, tools and techniques that I personally used to take myself from massively struggling with my ADHD to coping well with it.

Is this course a substitute for ADHD medication?

As stated above, I am not a medical professional and cannot make any statements around medication. I personally used the techniques and tools taught in the course to manage my own ADHD unmedicated. The course would also work very well for those choosing to use the tools and techniques alongside their ADHD medication. It’s down to personal choice and personal circumstances.

What happens when I sign up?

You will be given access to the ADHD Harmony FB page and the pre-work immediately. After that you will be given access to the 8 modules one per week over the course of 8 weeks.

Do you offer Zoom or Coach in my pocket support with this course?

No, this is a self-paced stand alone course. I will be available in the FB group to answer questions but for more in depth one to one support, please see my one to one coaching offers.
